Here you can find suggestions on the road to follow depending on the where from are you arriving.

These are the options:
- from Trieste on the A4
- from Vicenza on the A4
- from Brennero on the A22
- from Milano on the A4
- from Modena on the A22
- from Bologna on the A13
- from Rovigo on the A13
- along the SS434 Verona - Rovigo

You may also print the Veneto from Googlemaps.

If you arrive with public transport, consult on www.trenitalia.it the timetable of the trains of the Italians Railways. We are along the railway line Verona-Rovigo and, for the station closest to us (3 km from the Estate), digit Villabartolomea (just one word). We point you out that the railway of Villa Bartolomea is so small that there is NO ticket-office. For this reason we advise you to buy in advance the eventual return ticket.
In altrenative, consult www.atv.verona.it, the site of the Azienda Provinciale dei Trasporti di Verona (Public Transportations Company of Verona District). You will find all the timetables of the buses, in particular these of line 44 Verona-Legnago-Badia Polesine, which stops in the village of Spinimbecco (from the "Home Page" of this site, click on "Suburban routes" and then on the letter S of Spinimbecco, therefore on the number of "Line 44" to download the complete timetable).
But if you are arriving by plane (Verona, Venice, Bologna and Brescia airports) no problems: contact us in order to help you!

Mappa della provincia di Verona

From Trieste on the A4

Coming from Trieste-Venezia along the A4 Trieste-Venezia-Milano, just before Padova turn into the A13 Padova-Bologna.
Exit in Rovigo Sud - Villamarzana and follow the indications for the SS434 direction Lendinara-Badia Polesine (Legnago-Verona).
At km 48, exit at the svincolo (intersection) of Carpi (see Map of Spinimbecco of Villa Bartolomea): usually on the road maps it is not even indicated but, trust us, it really exist! Follow the signposts guiding you to the Farm.

If you want to do a slightly shorter road, perhaps nicer but definitely longer in term of time, exit at Monselice and follow the indications to Este, Montagnana and Legnago. You will make about forty kilometres of the SS10, going through (if you do not make any ring-road) some beautiful towns.
Approaching Legnago, do not enter into the town but follow the indications to Mantova: once passed the new bridge on the river Adige, after a couple of kilometres, you will enter in the superstrada (speedway) SS434 to Rovigo. After about ten kilometres in direction of Rovigo, at km 48, exit at the svincolo (intersection) of Carpi (see Map of Spinimbecco of Villa Bartolomea): usually on the road maps it is not even indicated but, trust us, it really exist!
Follow the signposts guiding you to the Farm.

Alternatively, another nice road (and even slightly shorter) can be taken just after Este, turning left and following the indications to Badia Polesine. Entering in Badia, immediately after the bridge on river Adige, turn right and continue in the direction of Castagnaro, Carpi and, before Villa Bartolomea, you will enter in the village of Spinimbecco. Follow the signposts guiding you to the Farm.

From Vicenza on theA4

If you are along the A4 Venezia-Brescia-Milano in the area of Vicenza, it is advisable to continue in the direction of Milano and exit at Verona Est. Follow the indications for the Tangenziale (Bypass-way) Sud and continue in the direction of Mantova/Trento until the exit n° 3 which will connect you directly with the superstrada (speedway) SS434 to Legnago and Rovigo. Once entered in the new Superstrada (Speedway), continue in the direction of Rovigo. Coming from the Brennero Pass along the A22 Brennero-Modena, exit at Verona Nord. After the toll-house, you'll find a small round-about after which turn immediately right, almost a U-turn, and follow the indications for the Tangenziale (Bypass-way) Sud/Mantova. Keep, than, the left, following always the indications for the Tangenziale Sud (NOT to Mantova) and continue in the direction of Vicenza until the exit n° 3 which will connect you directly with the superstrada (speedway) SS434 to Legnago and Rovigo.

From Milano on theA4

Coming from Milano along the Autostrada (Motorway) A4 Milano-Brescia-Venezia the most logical exit should be the exit of Verona Sud, but we advise you against it because it is very busy due to the Fair area and, more over, the connection with the speedway SS434 Verona-Rovigo is not so easy.

We suggest you to turn into the A22 Modena-Brennero in the direction of the Brennero and, 2 kilometres later, exit at Verona Nord. After the toll-house, you'll find a small round-about after which turn immediately right, almost a U-turn, and follow the indications for the Tangenziale (Bypass-way) Sud/Mantova. Keep, than, the left, following always the indications for the Tangenziale Sud (NOT fo Mantova) and continue in the direction of Vicenza until the exit n° 3 which will connect you directly with the superstrada (speedway) SS434 to Legnago and Rovigo.

If you exit from the A4 at Verona Sud, follow in any case the indications SS434 Legnago-Rovigo: you can not be mistaken, even if you will found some traffic light before entering in the Tangenziale and you will have to exit immediately after to get in the Superstrada.

In both way, once entered in the new Superstrada (Speedway), continue in the direction of Rovigo. After about 40 kilometres, beyond Legnago, at km 48, exit at the svincolo (intersection) of Carpi (see Map of Spinimbecco of Villa Bartolomea): usually on the road maps it is not even indicated but, trust us, it really exist! Follow the signposts guiding you to the Farm.

Follow the indications to Nogara, Sanguinetto, Cerea and lastly Legnago. You will make about forty kilometers of the Strada Padana Superiore (SS10), partially still borded with trees, going through nice villages and the very famous area of production of Venetian Art Fornitures.
Just before the town of Legnago, at a big round-about, turn right and enter in the superstrada (speedway) SS434 to Rovigo. After about ten kilometers more, at km 48, exit at the svincolo (intersection) of Carpi (see Map of Spinimbecco of Villa Bartolomea): usually on the road maps it is not even indicated but, trust us, it really exist!

From Bologna on theA13

Coming from South-East, from A1 Autostrada del Sole or from A14 Adriatica, follow the indications for the A13 Bologna-Rovigo-Padova.

If you want to do a slightly shorter road, perhaps nicer but definitely longer in term of time, exit at Occhiobello, following than the indications for Ostiglia-Mantova (after the toll-house to the right). 5 kilometres later, at the first traffic light in Stienta, go right in the direction of Bagnolo, Trecenta, Badia Polesine (roughly 20 kilometres of country roads, but quite smooth). In Bagnolo Po turn right after a small bridge and just before Badia Polesine take the superstrada (speedway) SS434 to Verona. About ten kilometres later, at km 48, exit at the svincolo (intersection) of Carpi (see Map of Spinimbecco of Villa Bartolomea): usually on the road maps it is not even indicated but, trust us, it really exist! From Rovigo on theA13

If, along the A13 Padova-Rovigo-Bologna, you want to exit at Rovigo, at the Stop after the toll-house turn right and follow the indications to Lendinara, Badia Polesine, Castagnaro and Villa Bartolomea.
You will make about thirty kilometres of a nice road often boarded with high platans (careful to the speed limits).
But do not let you be mistaken following the indications for the SS434 to Verona: in this case it no more convenient to take it because you would in vain make it longer.
You will arrive so straight to the village of Spinimbecco, after the village of Carpi and before the village of Villa Bartolomea (see Map of Spinimbecco of Villa Bartolomea).
Follow the signposts guiding you to the Farm.

Along theSS434 Verona - Rovigo

This superstrada (speedway) SS434 Verona-Rovigo links easily Verona and Rovigo.

In Verona the superstrada starts from the Tangenziale (Bypass-way) Sud (exit n° 3 => SS434 Legnago/Rovigo) whilst on Rovigo's side starts (or ends!) at the round-about of Rovigo Sud on the SS16 Rovigo-Ferrara. At km 78, there is the junction between the speedway and the motorway A13 Padova-Bologna, exit of Rovigo Sud - Villamarzana.

At about forty kilometres both from Verona or from Rovigo, at km 48, there is the svincolo (intersection) of Carpi, halfway between the exits of Villa Bartolomea (coming from Verona-Legnago) and of Castagnaro (coming from Rovigo-Badia Polesine).
